Initial Private Pilates Session — $39

This is a 55 minute session to introduce you to the language and basic concepts of the “Core or Powerhouse” the Pilates Method utilizes. The trainer will design a program based on your personal body assessment and evaluation of your specific goals and needs.

All new pilates clients should begin with an Initial Private Session.  This is extremely beneficial before joining group reformer classes, as it enables you to understand the basics so you don’t feel overwhelmed in your first group class.

Initial Personal Training Session — $39 $19.50

This is a 50 minutes session where the personal trainer will review your self assessment, perform initial measurements and testing, discuss goals, and put you thru a 20-30 minute workout.  Workouts typically include the air bike, trx, battle rope and free weights.

10 Class Membership Trial – $119

This introductory package allows you to try our group reformer classes for a month, so that you can see the personal benefit a group membership can make in your life.  Package includes 10 reformer classes that must be completed within 30 days of your first visit.
