Reforming Your Way into 2015
Finding balance in life is one of the greatest challenges we face in this modern world. I know from personal experience that the more out of balance my life is the more my body suffers, both physically and mentally. Eating a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a good night’s sleep; sounds easy enough right? Unfortunately so many of us know how hard this can really be. Wouldn’t it be great to start 2015 off on a high note by taking charge of your well being instead of putting it off for another year. Make it the year that you take back your health and your happiness!
Our challenge to you this January is to start your 2015 off on a high note and open yourself up to change. We are challenging all our clients to participate in 20 Group Reformer Classes in the 31 days of January. At first, I am sure this number may seem daunting or even impossible. Excuses might be starting to form in the back of your mind; “I don’t have the time”, “I’m too out of shape to do a group class”, “I am trying to conserve my money”. For every excuse you have tell yourself a benefit of completing such a challenge. A stronger core, more flexibility, greater range of motion, improved posture, more confidence, and a greater sense of self. You have nothing to lose by trying and signing up is the first step to taking your health back!
